Christian Vander did not sue Mike Oldfield on justice. It's unfair to say he just wanted the money.

Lo siento, yo había entendido que Vander llevó a los tribunales a Oldfield. Realmente no son temas parecidos aunque el piano del principio si suena similar. En cualquier caso Oldfield grabó el tema de apertura en 1971. Vander dice que él compuso su disco en 1971, pero no hay testimonios sonoros que le avalen.

Anyway, I doubt Magma and Oldfield crossed their way from 1971 to 1973, the similarity (some may find this similarity obvious, others not) must simply be a coincidence.
